Do we know what happens when Daleks are immersed in water? Is there anything in canon? I know their 'only weakness' was stairs, till the latest model with its hovering ability. Is Dalekanium rustproof? Are their electrical circuits hermetically sealed? Enquiring minds want to know.

If they can survive bare vacuum (as per Bad Wolf, etc) then I think they can survive underwater without much grief...
