Oh, I'm so glad that you guys are continuing this! The way you've made this resonate with CoE feels really natural, as though you always planned it to fit in with it -- there are so many layers to be explored here.
As ever, I love that you don't shy away from the more disturbing aspects of the J/I relationship, yet you still manage to portray it as rich and complex and worth holding onto. Furthermore the way you develop the Ianto/Gwen stuff in this chapter is beautifully understated, and very powerful. And I loved the Gwen/Rhys scene too.
