Thank you so much and yay. We see Ianto's relationships with people other than Jack throughout this series (mainly Gwen), but Tosh's is the one we keep hearing about and not seeing for whatever reason. We hear so much in fandom about how Jack and Ianto are alike (they are) or Ianto and Owen and their rivalry -- but for all Ianto gets feminized we never really look at how he's like or not like the women of the show, and it's something that I think is important as regards Gwen, but just really interesting as regards Tosh.
