face like a mountain range

have been home for a couple of days now.
i met E. and her lovely boy and her mother cooked us an immense smorgasbord of food, and i ate till i thought i would pop.
my parents are well intentioned, and fun, and occasionally irritating as they usually are.
i am having a nice reunion with my shelves of books, as well as my beautiful city.
tomorrow, i meet ND. for another kind of reunion. we haven't seen each other since the last time we made love...which was, i believe, over a year ago. i am excited.
of course, at the moment, my face is all splotchy and puffy, due to what we have deduced to be an encounter with some jumbo shrimp and scallops. they were good, but totally not worth the elephant man impersonation that my face is doing currently. (i hope this doesn't mean that seafood is of my food list now. grr.) and there's nothing quite like meeting old lovers with huge red bumps all over your face. i have taken benadryl and will hope for the best.

Would E. be the sort of E. whose mother's name is J., father A. and brother B.? Or a newer friend?

actually no, the E. you're referring to and i played phone tag the whole time i was in new york. sadness. this was actually the E. whose name ends with a "ve" who attended our high school also.

Oh please!

Don't let ND make you nervous. He was at his fattest when I was with him, (so was I for that matter *chuckles*) so just because he's all michael stipe waif(sp?) now, don't let him make you feel self-conscious.

heheheh.

Frozefruits are YUMMY.
