you can take the boy out of the rave

...but you can't take the raver out of the boy.

that was just an interesting side note from a conversation that took place recently. it was prompted by a discussion of "just what is it with these raver boys?!"

three more of my closest female friends have utterly succumbed to the madness. women, who previously had never listened to techno, constantly made riotous fun of phat pants, and indeed of all types of ravers, are now all swoony for UFO's and a thumpy bass beat.

weird.

don't worry. it often passes, and quickly, once you've seen them cram entire bagels in their mouths at 8am while coming down. sometimes, of course, it takes a little longer ;-)

Id like to comment on this post but I fear I might be stepping into boiling water (being in my current position w/ all parties) so ill just say this: If you cant beat 'em, JOIN THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
