fictionalLovely and interesting evening last night.
Today everything is in that blurry and yet sharpened focus that tells me that I drank a lot. It's a hangover - in that pleasant brain bruised but good sort of way.
Also I got to drink a large number of kir royales. Which is always fun.
I am shortly to drink more however, and I'm not sure that this is wise. But I'm going to do it anyway.
The death toll from the tsunami keeps rising, and I find it disconcerting and pointy. Disasters seem to keep occurring in a nearby sort of way - it's a bit like synchronicity in reverse. Everything converges, in my experience, and that is often a source of delight - and the fact that this feels like that, only horrific disturbs me in a scary way.
