fictionaloh, and i forgot to mention, that in addition to yelling at me for the IM thing, which makes NO sense considering i finish all my assignments properly and ahead of time, (all the assignments that have nothing to do with my job description, i might add) my boss sent out an e-mail to everyone in the office, notifying them that i'd been reprimanded.
