Yeah. Not much else to say there.
Also my co-writer is made of win. Go. Fanperson. =)
New episode of Supernatural = Awesome!sauce.
Dear Mr. Kripke,
Okay, so I've embraced the judeo-christianity of this narrative. I was uncertain at first. It just makes the world so small, doesn't it? But when they said "apocalypse" and "prophecy" I was taken aback. What is this, Buffy? I thought. I don't ever want to try to figure out the plural of Apocalypse on Supernatural, thank you very much. But then I realized it wasn't a prophecy, it was the prophecy. Revelation! Bring it!! How much do I love the new beating wings on the logo? How much do I love this show for finally giving me a ship I can sail away on? Dean/Castiel for the win. Thank you!
In conclusion, angels rock; I do not like new Ruby, pls to get new skin suit! And I am now hoping for post apocalyptic western season five, with Sam & Dean in the Metallicar, and skulls hanging from the rearview mirror, and zombies. Yes. If Sam and Dean go toe to toe in the end, and die in each other's arms, that wouldn't be bad either. I know, I know, lack of appropriate deserts in Vancouver. But a girl can dream, no?
Love & Kisses,
Kali

Date: 2008-09-26 03:31 pm (UTC)So glad to read that someone else is as with the whole biblical direction as I am (I too made the Buffy comment last night). For the last two seasons I've been saying that if they weren't going to go back to strictly folklore monsters, and instead were proceeding with the whole demon mythology as basis for the show, than they needed to go (for lack of a better term) balls to the wall with it. Tip-toeing and hinting around the religious aspects ie. god is real, angels exist, can be major annoying. I knew Supernatural had the guts to go for it without apologizing, and I'm so happy they're doing it.
I've also been waiting for Sam vs. Dean forever.
And holy crap. *is writing Dean/Castiel right now*

Date: 2008-09-27 04:22 am (UTC)Yeah, the angels and demons thing is rocking pretty hard. It's very Gaiman meets Paradise Lost meets the Prophecy. I'm excited. And like you, the waffling was getting on my nerves.
Who's your money on in Sam vs. Dean?
And holy crap. *is writing Dean/Castiel right now*
Can I just say, *squeeeeeeeeee!!!*

Date: 2008-09-27 06:13 am (UTC)That's hard. A year ago I would have said Dean because he's more devious and clever. But Sam is pretty scary now, though his powers wouldn't work on Dean, would they? Yea, I have no clue.
