I thought it might be nice to have a round up post of all the fic I've got posted. This is mostly for me because I like making lists. It makes me feel accomplished and procrastinate-y all at the same time.

I Had No Idea I Had Been Traveling: rm's and my new ongoing project taking place during S2 of Torchwood. Character development through porn. NC-17, baby. Jack/Ianto. Listing of specific stories in order follows:

A Strange Fashion of Forsaking (with rm) {Jack/Ianto; NC-17; ~4300 words}
Ianto hates to see him leave, but loves to watch him go.
Era: Takes place between 2x05:Adam and 2x06:Reset; also extremely vague spoilers for 2x10: From Out of the Rain and 2x12: Fragments.

First (but almost certainly not last) fic in the who-niverse, and another collaboration with Rach. Started off as email pwp - but with us, things never end there.

Dear Captain, Last Night I Slept in Mutiny... (with rm) {Jack/Ianto; NC-17; ~11,300 words}
After death, a date: dinner, discussion, and driving – for Jack and Ianto, the death bit might actually be the easy part.
Era: Sequel to "A Strange Fashion of Forsaking"; Takes place between 2x05:Adam and 2x06:Reset

...And I thought dating was awkward for me. As ever, the Torchwood team takes it to a greater extreme. The end gets really porntastic! God, I love this universe.

With every night, comes a morning after. Jack and Ianto try to cope.

Warnings: more plot than porn this time, but still serves some sexin' up for dessert.
This concludes the triptych, although not the 'verse. It was a SLOG to write, and at the time of posting, I'm not emotionally detached enough to judge it objectively. These boys have really taken over my brain. It is freaky.

Ianto tries to lighten Jack's mood after Gwen's wedding and learns the consequences of not ignoring certain offhand remarks.
Era: Sequel to "To Learn This Holding and the Holding Back"; takes place after 2x09: Something Borrowed.

I have a weakness for this kink, but making it work in fic can be really hard. Still after seeing Ianto model that wedding dress, and Jack's little comment in "Dear Captain" -- it just seemed to write itself! I really love this story.

I Imagine You Now in That Other City [with rm] {Jack/Ianto + OFC, cameos from team torchwood; NC-17; ~20,200 words}
For Ianto and Jack, two's company and three is an education.
Era: Sequel to "The Most Beautiful Girl in the World"; takes place after 2x11:Adrift.

I want to be the filling in a Jack/Ianto sandwich! Anyway, longest installment yet, and a total blast to write. dp is fun, yo.

The effect of being buried alive on a relationship; two steps forward, one step back.
Era: Sequel to "I Imagine You Now in That Other City"; takes place after 2x13:Exit Wounds.

This might be my new favorite of the series. And the one where we realize, a bit, where things are going: that this is, and has always been, a story about memory.

Up, Down, Strange, Charm, Truth, Beauty: or, A Child's Guide to Modern Physics [with rm] {Jack/Ianto, Gwen; NC-17; ~7,200 words}
The moral of the story is never let Jack make the travel plans.
Era: Outtake from I Had No Idea I Had Been Traveling. Takes place just after Torchwood: Lost Souls [The Radio Play] and sometime before Doctor Who 4x13: Journey's End.

A tag for the CERN radio play, this started out as pure fluff, and became something more in the writing. Gwen really shone for us in this piece, and it was directly inspired by the lovely treatment of the Gwen/Ianto relationship in the radio play. We had a lot of fun with this one.

In Our Bedroom After the War [ with rm] {Jack/Ianto, Gwen, Mickey, Martha, Rose, the Doctor, Sarah Jane, Donna; NC-17; ~31,700 words}
Homeward bound.
Era: Sequel to "Many of My Favorite Things Are Broken"; takes place after DW 4x13: Journey's End.

This is the first crossover of this series with Doctor Who. It was logistically difficult, but extremely rewarding, and we had a brilliant time with it.

In which Captain Jack Harkness learns a new dance.
Era: Prequel to "I Had No Idea I Had Been Traveling"; begins just after DW 1x10: The Doctor Dances and goes on to bookend DW 1x11: Boomtown.

First prequel - timey wimey, wibbly wobbly! This was my first 'ship in this universe, and I am ridiculously fond of it. Also, how much do I love that the "she" in the title might mean Rose... or the TARDIS. Real world roughness made this a difficult chapter to write, but I think we're happy with the way it turned out.

The Spectacular Catastrophe of Your Endless Childhood [with rm ] {Ianto, Ianto/OFCs, Ianto/Lisa; NC-17; ~11,000 words}
The early education and adventures of Ianto Jones.
Era: Prequel to "I Had No Idea I Had Been Traveling"; pre-Torchwood Series 1; ends just before DW 2x12: Army of Ghosts.
Warnings: het, preslash
Second prequel, and a new tonal quality. The importance of this story to the arc surprised and delighted us - and occasionally broke our hearts.

There Are Some Men Who Should Have Mountains To Bear Their Names to Time [with rm ] {Jack/Ianto, Ten, Gwen, Andy, Martha +some OCs; NC-17; ~32,000 words}
Some people say goodbye, while others say hello.
Era: Sequel to "In Our Bedroom After the War"; takes place a few years post DW 4x13: Journey's End.

I'd been wanting to write this story since we started the arc. While I'm nervous about reception, rm and I are unapologetic FoB fans, much like JB & DT, so... It also turned into our version of mpreg (ha!) but that's a whole different issue ;-).

Written for punkimonki in the H/D Holidays Challenge. I'm actually quite proud of this story. I think I might go back and make it quite a bit longer one of these days.

This was the very first fic that I wrote all by myself. I'm still really fond of it. Also um, I won an award for it! It doesn't mean too much, but hey! Shiny!

Three Days of Night {Logan/Lilly/Veronica/Duncan, crossover with Jossverse, 17+, ~8600}
Neptune, CA to Los Angeles on the Freeway of Good Intentions.
Era: pre-show (Veronica Mars), AU from Season 4: "Salvage" (Angel); spoilers for season 2 Veronica Mars, season 4 Angel.
This was an AU story written for the now defunct VM/Jossverse crossover challenge. I had fun with it. Something about the 4-somes in both these series - the Fanged Four on Angel, and the characters in this story really do it for me. I like really fucked up chosen families, what can I say?

Thomas the Rhymer {Thomas Lane & Kit Lane; 13+, 3820 words}
Thomas comes to Faerie.
Era: pre-novel.
Writting for chaos_harmony in the 2008 while we tell of yuletide treasure rare fandoms fic exchange. This is one of my favorite novels, so it was difficult to do it justice, but against the odds, I'm fairly happy with it. Some year, I'm going to do Yuletide, and actually have the wherewithall to do more than one fic ;-)

Written for artaxastra in the 2007 while we tell of yuletide treasure rare fandoms fic exchange. This is one of my favorite fandom things, and I encourage all interested parties to check it out.

Maybeth discovers that things are not always precisely as they seem.
Era: Post Seventeen Against the Dealer, spoilers for all books.
Written for aliaspiral in the 2006 while we tell of yuletide treasure rare fandoms fic exchange. This story is gen with a hint of slash that no one ever seems to catch. However, for those of you who read the books, I have to say, I always kind of wondered about Sammy. Getting into Maybeth's head was a challenge - one I found both broadening and humbling. This remains the single piece of my own fiction that I found possible to read to my grandmother.
