fictional...please spare some. Daniel's cousin, Brian -- younger, just about my age -- is in the hospital, after having suffered two strokes and a heart attack. He is waiting for open heart surgery right now; chances he will survive this look... well, you can imagine.
Daniel is, naturally, freaking out a bit. Something of an understatement. I don't even know what to say.
Things are a little rough round here.
