I have such a weakness for redheads it's not funny, I hope they don't do something with it. Actually I really like the fact that the actors are quite young, it opens the doors for new jokes/attitudes/situations and fun with their age discrepancy versus their apparent similar ages. But yeah, I guess it's all a case of 'wait and see'. I'm really excited over any news at all, which kind of feeds my optimism.

I know! The boy just bought me "The Forgotten" to ease the Who withdrawal.

I don't object to their youth per se, I just don't want the show to become... homogenous sparkle. I want it to continue to do interesting things with people and demographics! I've loved every companion so far, and they've all been very different, which I think rocks. On the other hand, I guess the whole young thing is a new come out for the show itself, so...

I'm pretty much ready to cut Who a LOT of slack. I just don't want them to become... twilight doctor, yah know?

Did you watch the Tonight's the Night clip? Ughhh you & RM have me thinking RPS thoughts every time Barrowman and Tennant are in the same room, now.

Hee hee, Twilight Doctor. Nah, I think they handle relationships in a pretty realistic way, if with a little cheese, and I have confidence from the way they've portrayed other teenage characters like Rose, Jenny, Sally Sparrow... even the kid in Midnight had his head screwed on straight. Maybe I'm biased because I am twenty-one.

OK, now I feel old.

I have a hope this next series is going the way of Gothic creepiness. They have to keep her as a Scottish redhead; it'll add a touch of the wild and Celtic and mystical. I should stay away from these spoilers, only because I was really disappointed with POTD. Still, I don't know that spoilery would have changed that.

New TW trailer is awesome. I really love the whole back to basics stuff; all those old horror movies did just fine with music and suspense.

Michelle Ryan was so wooden; the dialogue bet. her and DT seemed very unnatural. I thought she did the whole posh English thief thing very badly. That's just for starters. I can't stand Lee Evans. Thought there were lots of plot holes. Ahh, but the kids enjoyed it. I liked the Xmas one better.

I know, DW is always a bit cheesy. Can't win them all, though!
