it never fails.
on the days that they conduct campus tours, for the unwitting masses of high school seniors who think they might want to go here, and their parents who think that their money might want to go here... it is always sunny. and warm. i always want to shriek things at them, like, "it's a plot, the weather is nothing like this usually; they just made a pact with the devil so you will give them your money!!!!"

anyway, this morning is beautiful, courtesy of hell.

yesterday was strange. this girl in my phsyics class, who's sort of becoming a friendly accquaintance came over to my house to watch The Name of the Rose with me. (extra credit for class) so we hung out, and watched, and then some other friends of mine stopped by, drunk of their asses. they were adorably cute, actually. now, this might not seem strange, but i don't think i've had five people at one time in my apartment since i've lived in it. hermitkali was quite taken aback. twas fun though.

last night, i too joined the ugh-dream club. that place inside my head where the nightmares begin makes me snicker...when i'm awake.
when i'm asleep, it's a different story.
it's long endless field, the sky is grey and windy. sparse patches of grass decorate it. you can tell the ground is frozen and it stretches out forever. and there's a wall that looks like it divides the field in half. it's not even a particularly high wall, made of unevenly cut grey stone. that's where it always begins. when i'm there, just as i've fallen asleep, i know it's going to be a bad night.

i could write about the swinging gold clock, and the endless falling, and the funhouse...but i feel that would make me sound even more classically analysable, (if that's even possible) not to mention predictably boring, so i think i'll refrain.
