Don't you skype? We walk round the house / yard with the lap top showing off all the useless little details of our lives that everyone seems interested in (everyone except our parents, that is) in real time. They get to watch big sprog playing the piano etc etc. Granny is the most confused by it. She kept forgetting we could see her!

And you write faster than I have time to read. Rather run into your parents than mine. But I wouldn't mind some blow.

A friend once said to me if he was looking for sex he would never pay for it. If he wanted affection then he would get a hooker. (This would be if one was looking for something short term / immediate).

Google chat -- yeah. It's a timesuck. But for people like me who work at home, the casual social contact is nice. I can't say I've ever had an 8-person chat on it before -- that's just a confluence of a lot of people online and interested in the same topic at the same time.
