Well, it helped except immediately after when I was tipsy enough to lay down on my bed and start randomly crying. But now I feel better. Well, I don't actually feel anything. Which is better. I think?
I'm, uh, medicating with more, uh, green and combustible items. I'm pretty close to comfortably numb. Perhaps at some point soon, I might... eat a brownie. I'm off sugar, but it may just be that kind of day.
Bottle of Reisling, shot of absinthe, half a pack of cigarettes and a bar of chocolate. I don't have anything green and combustible. Well, except the absinthe. Wish I did, though.

Don't know that I will leave the fandom. I will go on a fixit fic binge pretty soon, I expect. As will others. I think right now people are purely reactive and lashing out.
The real fallout will be waiting for if/when a new series will be made, what shape it will take, and if anyone will care in the 18 months it takes them to get it together. Some people will move on to other things, I think.
