fictionalwe're actually doing not badly on the packing front.
hopefully practically all of it will get moved out today, and then tomorrow can be spent cleaning. we have to be out by wednesday at 8am, even though i am fairly certain that my lease is only up on august 8th. but not worth making a fuss about. waiting impatiently for this moving business to be over, it is adding whole new levels of intricacy to the celtic knotwork pattern that is my back.
we'll be spending wednesday night atguinness_duck's house, and then d. will leave for sunny SD on thursday, and i will camp out at M&N's place, and then my father comes to collect me on friday. the City until the next thursday, and then back to the Wasteland.
i am finding it increasingly hard to concentrate on work. and my mind is wrapped up in the humdrum nuts and bolts that is my life lately. i remember when i used to think things...let my mind wander off onto strange fancies and odd journeys.
maybe once all this is over, i'll have some time to get reaccquainted with my brain. i hope i'm not too distressed at what i find.
